Tuition and enrollment

Tuition is divided into 9 equal, monthly payments (Sept-May) $200 for 2-day students / $250 for 3-day students

  • Children enrolled for 2 days a week (Tuesday/Thursday) pay for a total of 60 school days per school year.

  • Children enrolled for 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) pay for a total of 90 school days per school year.

    • There are approximately 68 and 98 total days on the calendar, respectively, to allow for sick days, snow days, travel, etc. There is no extra charge for students who attend any of the extra 8 days on the calendar.

Tuition will be due the first week of every month. Tuition reminders will be sent out via email. Tuition can be paid through venmo, cash or check. (Venmo: @MaryJane-Tolman). If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, you will be charged an additional 25$ late fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In September, tuition for the first and last month will be due. If you choose to make a change for your student during the year, the last month will not be refunded.

Teacher sick/personal days / Snow Days

Three of the extra eight days on the calendar are built in for my own personal/sick days. If I need to use sick/personal days, I will first try to arrange for a substitute teacher. If this is not a possibility I will use one of my three sick/personal days. Finally, if I have used the three allotted days and still need to rearrange a school day, I will schedule a make-up day. My policy is to follow the Poudre school district schedule for vacations, and snow days. However if the Poudre school district issues a late start day, Tiny Sprouts will begin at the normal time.
